  • National Weather Service thunderstorm coverage forecasts added as an awareness button that activates when storms are expected on a trail during the remainder of today
  • Weather variables added to the map view, including temperature, dewpoint, wind speed, precipitation, and cloud cover
  • Comfort scores exportable as PNGs for sharing
  • Trail selection dropdown improved with search capabilities and optimized for mobile devices
  • Creation of personalized custom scores improved with visual mapping of user-defined thresholds to the colors associated with each sub-score
  • Opt-in localization of the user added to the map view
  • Informational tool-tips added to the forecast view of Comfort Scores and the personalization of Custom Scores
  • Right-clicking on the map now opens a context menu with options to either copy the lat-lon coordinates or open Google Maps in a new browser tab, centered at those coordinates.
  • FAQ page added with common questions about the product, forecasts, and RailTrailWx Comfort Scores.
